Like an uncle advised me today "Nigeria will rubbish you" as an individual with aspirations for good well being. start planning ways to "Japa" according to him.
The reality is many are stuck with jobs affecting their mental health but can't leave the jobs because of the economic situation, it's really sad!

Personally been in situations like that a few times in my short working life and I've somehow somehow always had the courage to leave jobs behind anytime my mental health starts getting threatened even though it's cost me badly sometimes, but overall, good health is the real wealth
