PDP has always been favored in the SS even before APC was formed. PDP used to be favored in the North not until Buhari's CPC came on onboard. What the writer was implying is a Yoruba Man cannot influence the Northerners' conscience in voting.

If you are political neutral, you would know that. Atiku is the next president. Obidient is a movement for a better nigeria. From Endsars to obidient.
