Tinubu went to usa, used his own two legs to go into a bank and open a checking account in his own name or company name (he was the sole signatory) , he did his business and made steady deposits and withdrawals to and from that same account, the authorities later arrested him and took him to trial for a drug related offense, after all said and done the authorities let him go off the hook BUT decided to seize and confiscate the total amount of funds in that his checking account with that bank . . .

Then now you turn around to tell me that he was not guilty and the money in his own bank account actually belonged to his bank and not to him?
