Na our guy but the way im dey use correlation dey very scary. Even in fx wey correlation for pairs fit reach 93 percent, dem no dey always move at the same time. Wetin be the level of correlation of NASDAQ and BTC for NASDAQ to control BTC bar for bar ? Throughout this week, GBPUSD And other pairs trading against the dollar have been pumping.
The index to keep an eye on is the DXY, dollar index like myenoboskay dey normally yan, BTC and any pair trading agst the dollar can only be bearish if DXY is bullish. DXY from the chart posted will most likely only be bullish if it consolidates around 110.0 for a long period of time (4 plus days ) and retests 112.0 area and continues this motion for several days. The other option for DXY to turn bullish and BTC bearish for this week can only occur on thursday -,if Wednesday closes with a pinbar and the bulls are there to support the area 110.0 on DXY.
We will know more by wednesday but the odds at the moment favour BTC bulls particularly looking at the hammer that printed on BTCDOWN weekly chart. Either way, 14k no go happen this week unless say na juju.
