Good morning all, my study visa was refused based on the following reasons below :

--The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the details you have provided in your application.

---Your assets and financial situation are insufficient to support the stated purpose of travel for yourself (and any accompanying family member(s), if applicable.

How do I tackle it, so that I can reapply? I have already ordered my gcms notes.

I now understand that it's a little kid behind this your moniker. What you're doing is like advising an international student to contact Joe Biden about their US student visa delay.

I don't know why you deleted the image of the email in your first message. In the email, Justin's secretary said that your message has been forwarded to Sean Fraser, the immigration minister. He never said that your email was forwarded to Justin.

Justin Trudeau na your mate? He will never see that email you sent. He has much better things to do with his time. And you ought to respect his time.

@All Please don't go and email Justin Trudeau. Respect his and his secretary's time. It's better to email Sean Fraser instead. I still won't recommend it because at that level, he has bigger problems to attend to.
Ahhhhh if it isn't the idiot who missed the lessons of how to be a better person in life. Good morning to you too fine sir, how are you doing? You know sometimes I wonder why you come here and say stuffs like this and then go back to pray to God for visa approval.......... I am not exactly saying anything but.......
Anyways at least I am taking actions rather than looking for someone here to pour out my frustration on.
I can see you are a very jobless person, you really don't have anything doing in life that is why you are always here even when you tried to stay away you realized your life revolves around people in this group and honestly I pity you, I pity you and I pray for you.
Anyways dear idiot, have a good day, I don't have time to exchange words with you now because it is almost time for my morning prayer but drop them here alright I will be sure to respond back and I may not be so nice so be careful what you say.
Thank you and God bless.

Goodmorning everyone

Please I need some advice.

* I heard colleges have better approval rates than universities(can any one confirm)

*My school does not require any tuition deposit, but can I still proceed to pay part of my tuition(will that show some commitment)

*Also, I applied for an undergraduate course in faculty of health, however,I currently work in the telecoms field...Will a switch in career be an issue?

Please your advice will be appreciated.

Please, did they send you an email to notify you about the update in your application (your approval) or you just went straight to check your application status. I’m asking because I’m more focused on their email.

Thanks.

For some applicants, eligibility does not "start" until approval.

You can mainly know by calling or through GCMS notes. MP request should also show this.

I think you mean it doesn’t reflect on the account that it has started

Can you relax? This is too much.. if it was me who typed this… You’d insult me in many ways. Just like you tied my refusal to my attitude. I can’t forget your words that day. You mocked me after i got refused and said it was my attitude that caused it. Lmao… Smh! I laughed it off because i know how strong i am… but what if i was battling depression then due to refusal and you said such words? Do you know that alone(blaming me for my refusal) can cause emotional and mental damages?

I shaa don’t wish for you to get a refusal because honestly it won’t be funny if someone else or myself make you feel same way you made me feel… I don’t know if you are male or female but what i know is that your attitude and manners are not something to emulate. You really need to work on yourself. You don’t miss a chance to judge others and you also have understanding issues. You don’t understand people then you jump and insult them, someone will then explain to you.. you will then understand but won’t still apologize for the insults.

I’d advise you slow down please… just like you were dishing out insults to me boldly and some people were backing you up. I wonder where those people are now. I also do not know if you’ve noticed that anyone i offend or offends me here… we kiss and make up before the day runs out.. that’s my nature and i don’t delay to tender a public apology… Pride goes before a Fall… I will suggest you also apologize and let this end. You are just too good in exchanging words for days. You can’t call her a kid when you are the one acting childish. Whoever she sends mail to shouldn’t be your problem… It’s her application and yours isn’t tied to it.

Try to be a better person. I wonder if this is how you relate to people around you. This has to stop on NL, if no other person is complaining, I am.

Now she has mentioned your application not being approved yet and honestly, I wish you get an approval because it won’t be easy on you if you don’t get approved. That is when you will understand how it feels to be mocked like you mocked me.

Take care

Charito, please, before complaining about my response to her, go and see her previous comments to me. I have no regards for how she feels about my comments.

To you, I will admit that there was a misunderstanding on my part, and I apologise. But to her, not at all. She deserves it.

I don't care whether or not I get a refusal. I will polish up my application and submit again. Even if it ends with a judicial review, so be it.

I feel you. I thought technically, one could just go to a police station and get one.
However, the Nigerian police is a federal unit, and they have very clearly stated that it has to be done through Force CID.
I had your fears as well but communicating with this company was very smooth.
