It's yet another of our building project in Oron, Akwa ibom State as we've agreed on terms to construct a 3bedroom bungalow with Bq, gate house and generator House for a nairalander... The details of the project are as follows:

Duration: 60 days

Block work on the cantilevered beam...

We've attained lintel level for the gate house, and have commenced with boarding of the pillars...

We've also taken top level for the boy's quarter.

It's all set for concrete fascia(parapet)

We've formed the arc on the window on the cantilevered beam..

We're also boarding our lintel across so we can cast and take top level...

Yes, we've got enough workers on ground
cos we're working within an established time frame and have to meet up with the stipulated time..

Lintel boarding for the gate house...

Meanwhile, client decided we build a generator/ power house.

Although foundation for it was done yesterday and we've started raising it.. So here's the work progress today...

We located it at the extreme end of the site, a bit far from the living room and bedrooms so that noise emitted from the power house doesn't get to disturb the occupants of the building...

We've taken the top level for the main building.

What's remaining now is the window on the cantilevered beam because of the arc and lintel we formed and casted on it today...

Wood for concrete fascia(parapet) have started arriving the site... As we'll be commencing with that immediately..
