Peppers @100
Onion @100
Lettuce @50

TOTAL 650 Naira and my wife prepared a good dish for me.
(Rice Beef stew and Salad)

That meat in d pic should be at most 200. In fact in Taraba and Benue, anything food costs about next to nothing

When I say things,I mean the standard of living in the North is far cheaper than the South.This include House rent or buying of land to build a house, common food commodities, transportation etc.I have witnessed life in the South and I currently reside in the North.
