1. How do we know you own this domain? The best answer to this is to let them know you will forward your domain to their website and when done also inform them to check it out. This will confirm you are in possession of the domain.

2. How do we set this up and you get your money? Tell them you will be making use of Dan marketplace which will serve as escrow and assure them you will not be paid until they receive the domain. Include your buy now link and also trustpilot link.

Give Your buyer option, let him know he can also purchase the domain directly from Godaddy just by searching for it or drop the buy now link of Godaddy.

It's not good if a serious buyer is not satisfy with your first answer. Sending more emails might not be helpful in your case. I will advice you call and answer his questions allover again.

I tried to redirect the domain to their website using the nameservers I saw on their whois info but it wasn't landing. Can you throw more light on that?

Nameserver? U don’t need to do that. Where was the name registered? All you need to do is domain forwarding.

Click on that arrow beside/under the domain name u intend to forward. U will see all the options there, scroll down and click on URL forwarding. It will ask you to use the default pork—bun nameservers. After that, copy and paste the enduser’s website in the “forward traffic to” box. Ignore the other boxes. Do that and you’re done.

-Under name put only the first name.

-Fill in other details.

- If the buyer ask of price use LEAD option.

- if the buyer and you have agreed on the price like in your case, use TRANSACTION option.

- under OFFER option, put the price.

- Hit the add new lead button and you're good to go. Voila!

Me anyone that ask of phone call I just give up on that. And move...life goes on. This domain something one need to have abundance mindset...ur 60th name might be d one to change it life..might b 100th name. 1000th name...10 thousand name...if u have money just dey buy and list on all platforms after having knowledge of good names from junks.

Na so I call one end user that ask me to call her she begin threathen me say na organized crime. I no dey for stress. I've sold almost 100 names with no phone calls.

@Lawrence..I believe this end-user is genuinely interested. Do what can to win the sale. Even if its another domainer to help u receive her call.

I believe in using every reasonable method to convince buyer/close deal o... nothing to be shy abt, na money we dey find biko.
