Boss Gazzuzz, Hoping to get a SUV as my first ride with a budget of 3-4.5M I've been thinking of Acura MDX, Ford Edge or Explorer, Mazda CX 9 or maybe Hyundai Tucson. Just basically any nice looking and reliable SUV as long as it's not a Toyota product. What do you suggest please 1 Like |

@ Gazzuzz, Any concerns about the 2014 MDX one should be worried about? I understand the MDX had major changes from 2014.. like the 3.5L engine as against 3.7L in previous model. Any major thing to worry about? |

Some people have used aftermarket compressor with no issues. Unfortunately not sure there is a permanent fix for door lock issues. It's just to keep fixing it when it gets faulty  but it's not like it spoils everyday, could take months or longer.Nadingo: |

I don't know much about Honda city but If I may advise,why not go for civic of the same year interval? It's reliable, fuel efficient, more powerful engine than Honda city, more handsome and matured looks too even though I don't like the fact it has a low ground clearance Lovelynife: |

Carparts888: Cost of purchase and cost of engine replacement. (Learnt the engine of honda city is between 150k to 220k) What is your take about mazda 3? Is the car reliable like honda? |

Engine of 2006 to 2011 civic 1.8l is about 180 to 250k depending on bargaining power and how clean the engine is. The cost of toks civic 2010 to 2011 is about 2.8 to 3.5m(could find it cheaper or more expensive)and the 2012 which is a different generation is about 4m to 4.5m(1.8l) while the engine is about 350k to 370k. What year of Mazda 3?I heard the newer generations of Mazda can send one to village I don't think they are reliable, it just looks so sporty and fun to drive Lovelynife: |
