I am trying to schedule an emergency date because my school resumes on January 3, 2023, but I can’t find my appointment on the website when I logged in to request for emergency date. It keeps showing that “No appointment is currently scheduled.”

What do I do about this please? How do I go about it?

A friend of mine got PhD offer in the US. He has families and 2 kids. Since these kids will probably constitute nuisance and won't allow him to focus on his studies, can he forget about his family in Nigeria and tell his wife to find another husband? Going to the US is a big achievement and nothin should come in the way of that. Most times, it's better to forget about your parents in Nigeria and move anyways. That way you won't get bogged down with their issues while trying to figure your life abroad

It is evident you are ignorant of the merits of F1 traveling with his/her spouse and kids to the US, then your statement is spurious, baseless, unfounded and should be ignored by F1 and F2 applicants. I talk from experience.

nope my dashboard seem normal. My only reservation is considering d current situation at hand, because my funding appointment suppose start January 1

Mine is normal too but I don't really know if applying for EA is a good idea now so as not to waste the EA slot in case they deny it because of this recent news considering they've even been cancelling people's appointments.

exactly my situation I don't also want to switch to lagos and abuja regains normalcy

Good day everyone. So I was regular here until after my last visa denial (been denied 5times all at Lagos embassy) which was around 2016 and I vowed to never to go back to the embassy cos i never lied to them and people I know go with fake documents and lie about virtually everything and get it. So long story short my story has changed and am doing very well for my self since my last visit. I now have a production company that shoots weddings( both video and photography) and we are also on Instagram and YouTube as-well cos we are one of the best in Nigeria I also dabbled into acting for bit was a regular on the TV show my flat mates around 2017 and I also co-own a tv show called Boys can cook where I bring a male celebrity in every episode to come and show to the world that men can actually cook. Now I want to extend my company from shooting just weddings, documentaries and tv shows. am about shooting my first movie by august this year and I’ve been accepted into New York film academy for an 8week filmmaking workshop that starts in January. Everyone is advising me to go but mind is not as strong cos of my previous visa denials. Please I need advice from the gurus in the house cos am 33years old and have a Bsc in political science cos I read someone saying that going for masters is your sure bet

You have to cancel the current appointment.
