Any wheat based product e.g. spaghetti and bread, No thanks to the Russian and Ukraine war.

White rice is a silent killer.Buy beans or garri.

Sweet potato is the cheapest food I know.

How about flour and make your pasta yourself?

Unfortunately for Nigeria we do not have a wide variety of staples. Rice is not a staple or indigenous to Nigeria so we toil to produce any reasonable quantities.

I guess cassava derivatives is what has economic benefits. It is our bottom line as far as food security is concerned.
