Since you are funding the trip, your sister will still need to write you a letter stating that she is inviting you and will be providing you accommodation only. In that regard, she will attach her passport or valid ID, as well as her utility bill.

If you guys have photos together, you can as well attach to strengthen your application.

So, you can follow the advise to go Cac office at Jobi Fele or the one on the island to fix if you are resident in Lagos, or consult an accredited agent. One of post incorporation services is filling of annual return which determines ACTIVE status of a company or business name.

Although, a non Lawyer/Chartered Accountant/Chartered Secretary can as well do post incorporation services ONLY if the person has access to login details of CAC accredited agent I mentioned above.

Doing it your self is wasting time and money, I did followed the procedure by filling the CAC online form including my international passport photo copy and sent it through courier service to CAC headquarters Abuja. After waited forever without no response then I go through Nairaland CAC search and I picked someone contact who advertised annual return filling, guess what I got everything sorted within 3 days.


Note: not all this agent can make the inactive to change to Active immediately after filling your annual return oooo.

go to the bank oo with all you submitted online including ur international passport . The day you go there is the day your count ‘officially’ starts.. dnt mind Ceebeeehen..

Your passport is in BDHC in VI, they are ones to stamp the vignette on your passport. The issue is with them. Be hopeful that they do the needful as it seems they are experiencing delays.
