If u use kmpico, windows defender will in future flag it virus and remove it which will require you to reactivate again

Just download the iso file from Microsoft site and you are good to go sha don't pick download update when installing you can always do that after installing

I have almost similar problem, my laptop had small problem last year, I pack am for one side, last week I repair it, my settings, camera and my system apps no longer works, I want to flash the system and upgrade it to windows 10, am going to download the windows 10 activator first or I should install windows 10 first, please can you explain to me step to upgrade my system

What's the model?

We'll go to HP support and drivers.

Input the serial number, when the drivers is shown, Search for storage driver among it.

Download and extract it into the USB bootable flash drive you're using, when you get to this stage, select load drivers instead.

Now locate the USB flash drive,locate the folder you extracted,select the F6 folder,you will see two listed drivers,select the first one,after loading it will show you storage device then you can proceed from there.

I guess this is a 10th/11th gen laptop right?

, my window 10 updated and install to 100% only for it to start reinstalling again but this time it got stuck at 20% and when I try to restart, it showing getting windows ready don't turn off computer, after I waited a while I had to long press shutdown button then on it back. This time around the @bolded counted to 100 then my system booted, only for me to go back to SYSTEM UPDATE and it reinstalling again and stuck at 20% .
I try restarting my system then boom!!!! back to getting windows ready don't turn off computer pls what is the next step here and if I manage to boot the system how do I make the update finish installing.

Hello everyone.

I need guidance. Last week I went on installing updates for my Win 10. I don't know at what point, but the PC ran itself into a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) - with error code: PNP Fatal Error Detected.

When I looked it up online, it turns out it's the update. Unfortunately, I didn't have a backup. Apparently, a backup I did about 2 months back got wiped off - I can't explain why this happened.

Please, I'll be glad if anyone can work through a fix from this point, because the PC keeps looping to and from the BSOD upon every start up.

Suggestions please.

Good morning gurus.
Please help me treat this as urgent.
Was using my pc (dell Latitude E6420) last night to type some project work after about 30 minutes of use, the screen stated displaying some rainbow � colours and in about 1 minute, went off on its on.
The Pc was plugged to PHCN power source while all this happened.
Unplugged the pc and tried restarting, but not coming up.
Removed the Hard disk, connected to my external drive and fixed to another PC to try copy my file, but couldn't even find my file.
Fixed back the drive and the system showed DELL and later displayed NO BOOT DEVICE FOUND IN THIS MACHINE

I suspected it crashed, but still wandering if that's how pc crashes...
How can I get back my file or recover them please.

Help a brother.
I have 5 days to submission.

You don't have to delete any partition in your HDD/SSD.
