Thanks For your follow up thus far on this project.

As you all know, the first estimate (BOQ) for this project was done June 2021, that was what was used to start up the project though through client advise. He was subject to inflation and new price lists that we may encounter in the course of the project execution.

The Project Costing is as Follows...
Main Building = 36.5m
Additional Fence Works = 1.85m
Security and Gen House = 2.9m

Total Expended so far = 41.25m

Budget Variation on the main building mainly came from the cost of Granite which was 260K last year while we bought for 470K upon project start up. Sand was 26K now sold for 38K. Planks from 1300 now sold for 1750. Cement from 3500 to 4100 and some other new scope of works added to the project like ground beams and higher foundation level during filling.

We are still hoping to start up the BQ of this project upon resumption.

Gate works ongoing here now...

Good morning Dear Followers.
We are back here.
Ready to resume.
Granite just arrived. 30 Tons

As promised.
Gate work updates.
Gate works - 1.4m (Direct Client Negotiations with vendor).

Electrical works too are ongoing.

We are also doing two soakaway and septic tanks

Additional electrical material we are buying to add for the works we have done on the decking stage and part of ground floor then.

Soak away works ongoing. (Digging)

Reinforcement works for BQ ongoing too.

Electrical Piping Works ongoing as well.

The BQ has been set out.
We are commencing digging immediately as well.

We equally have gone to the Market and made procurement for the mechanical AC installations to the tone of about 765K for up to 25 Air Conditioning systems in the building.

Note: This AC piping works is different from that of the electricians. This one is specifically installed by AC technicians only for conduit purposes.
