Yam & Garden egg sauce

What does the garden egg sauce taste like please?
I added Garden Egg's to my grilled fish stuffings yesterday and added butter to melt on it, first time using Garden eggs as part of my stuffings, then put some on the Fish, the taste was different, can't even explain it but, the toasted ones on top had this sought of sauteed flavor with pinch of spice's.

Broke the fish into two to fit inside the stew, I saw one of the garden eggs inside the Stew that had cooked and I'm scared to eat it
I forgot to add I grilled snails alongside and added to it, God the taste is madddd
The snails are soo tender when you take a bite and the Fish has that smoky taste to it, so I can't really say the part the Garden eggs added to it since I added herbs and spices.

I honestly don’t know how to answer your question via chat,I can only teach you when I’m wrapping it. You can check YouTube,there a lots of easy ways ways to wrap leaves for a beginner.
