Nigerians eat suya with raw onions since 1880...don't act like it's anything special or disgusting lol be real OK. Also like it was pointed out, if you practice food oral hygiene after meals you won't cause a nuisance to the public..

No matter how you brush your mouth, some kind smell will still stay for days. Raw onions and garlic and some nasty smelling spices stay in your mouth for days. I personally find it disgusting when I have to smell one’s bad breath. I can throw up sef embarassed

If you don’t mind your mouth smelling like shit, then keep eating raw onions and garlic. All well and good. As long as you are not surprised when people are avoiding you like yamayama…
