The supreme court did not even rule on the merit of the suit but referred the case to the National Assembly, which of course exonerated their benefactor (Tinubu). Till today, Tinubu's refuses to answer questioned raised by Gani Fawehinmi concerning his certificate.

Even current Tinubu mouth piece and avid defender sued Tinubu up till the supreme court and still yet failed to get an answer.
