ofcus asking for BAT school cert is not too much to ask rather what is tew much is BAT presenting a 1st bsc in accounting for presidency that requires school cert as minimum qualification.

The most important thing is, it as being proven beyond doubt BAT is a graduate and inec is satisfied with BAT qualification.
