@OP, dont let that gimmick about not being able to pay you because of your posts make you take them down before receiving your payment. Let him go and get the bank requirements sorted or borrow from else where to pay you. Get your money in hand before taking down all posts. Dont be taken for a ride again. The dude owes you, he had breached your agreement, until he pays you the principal and interest, he is a defaulters!

I used so many phones to call his friend, including the person that gave us the money, but he never picked, I used the phones of some of my church members to call, including a barrister friend and his wife, but he never picked, I can send u these people numbers privately so u can call them and find out urself..

Once he pays the money with all the accumulated interest, I'll take down the post... The truth is I've not even started my main plan, he also made mention of me reporting him to area boys, I did that by showing area boys his pictures. That he's on the run with my money, if they see him they should hold him.

My first and second message to his friend when his own number (David was not reachable again)

The first message I posted was on a Monday, u can see it urself, I waited till Thursday, still no call or reply

It was after the post that the same guy who had refused to pick my calls nor replied my messages started calling me. Is that how he does his own business?

Now I've sold my shop to pay part of the money, and he's still saying it's not a scam, it will not be well with him for making me have sleepless nights and denting my image before my church members...

I'll also be posting the numerous excuses that David himself was given from day one....

At first, he said he couldn't balance the first week because he only made 1 trip, I said he should just send it like that so I can pay the interest, but he did not..

The following week he said there's no network in the village..

The third week he said rain spoiled his phone screen, that it took him 3 days to fix it, that I should expect my money the following day,

The 4th week he said he was attacked..

The 5th week he said he sold his phone..

he's just deceiving himself, he said I should give him all as cash that his phone his bank has problem, and his other account he's using it with another of his investor, so he wouldn't want any money there because he and the man usually audit the account every week..

I wanted giving him all as cash, but had a second thought that what it anything goes wrong, so I gave him 200k cash and told him that I've exceeded my daily withdrawal (Which was not actually true) so he then gave me his company account number which I then sent the remaining 200k... Himself said it, even when he said we should go and write an agreement, I said there's no problem, that's to tell u how I trusted him.. A scammer is also a liar. That same day after giving it was even in the restaurant that I gave him the cash after buying food for him.

And in our previous conversation, he peacefully understand things with me that we should both find a way out to sort the third party out which was the bases of our plan meeting until I saw the death threat.

It's not a skyrocket science and it's not all about paying but about peaceful resolve all issues.
