Mine was rescheduled 5times till I was denied visa

Doctor said the procedure will require 1.3million Naira to give me my life back and so far I've been able to raise only 300 thousand with the help of my friends and some kind hearted well wishers who have taken pity for me in the past few months. Pleas sirs and ma's, am an orphan both my parents are late. I have been trying every possible best to raise the remainder to no avail. Hire a professional to do the heavy lifting for you this time, and please don't screw it up again. I know someone who had a similar issue, she had to opt for Poland after spending a huge sum. USA is a whole different ball game when it comes to visa issuance. Also, be very prayerful.

Why not go to Mexico and from there you can enter US

Avoid anything that has to do with US visa. Anything at all

You're not giving the accurate information.

Ideally, you shouldn't apply or book an appointment for an F1 visa with more than 120 days to your start date. Remember, you can only come in to the US within 30days of the beginning of classes as stated on your I-20, but many Nigerian applicants are quite in a hurry and somewhat ignorantly desperate in booking dates or in the whole process.

In your case, you have booked a date with more than 1year before resumption. You can never get approval at the consulate even if it wasn't cancelled because your visa would wasted in Nigeria before you would be eligible to enter the US. CBP will not let you in here if you arrive more than a month.

After securing your January 2022 date for a Fall 2023 semester, which is way too early, you ought to have rescheduled your appointment (you can only do so once with the same MRV fee you paid at GTB) to June of 2023.

PS: (I've assumed I understood what you wrote and hence my response. However, what you wrote doesn't completely make sense)

You said you deferred to Fall, 2023. If this is true, January will be too early to attend a student visa interview.

To get the advice you need, post information on your resumption date, your supposed interview date, was the inevitable canceled or rescheduled, and a summary of why your interview was either canceled or rescheduled.

You should be fully informed to know your next best option and those who can advise you need full information of the current status.

I'm having a hard time trying to understand you please, especially your dates here. First, you said your visa appointment was for January 2022 which was 10 months ago. Then you deferred to Fall 2023 which should start around August-September 2023, but also said your resumption is soon. That's contradictory.
