Hello all, please help me!!! I've been enjoying my Umidigi Power 3 for about 1yr + 9m without any issue at all. But just recently, while using the phone, it just goes off frequently & when I try to power it back on, it displays the Umidigi logo but goes back off. When I press & hold the power + volume buttons, it displays things that I don't understand their functions, like 'Reboot' etc & stays on, but wouldn't power on fully to the main home screen. When I plug it in electricity, it also shows that it's charging normally but wouldn't still power on fully. I would have to wait for an hour or more before it fully powers on! Please what exactly is the problem & what's the solution? Also what would be the cost of the solution? PS - Please quote my post when replying me so that I can see your comment quickly. Thanks. |
