Is his application still in progress?
Did he have a denied application?

If yes to number 1, check the pre assessment notes to check status.
If yes to number 2, check the latter pages to see comments by the VO.

Hope this helps
it was a denied application, the pages are like 47

I would like to appreciate pascal who gave me tips to compress my pdf to 2.MB which was crazy. This guy responded promptly like a brother every time I sent him a message. Also, VON was a big support as he reviewed my letter of sponsorship.

You can do it yourself, all the help you need is here. I studied every post and the peculiarity of the documents submitted. I used it to build a framework for my application and I kept editing and adding documents whenever I came across any PPR post. The weakest point in my application was my proof of funds and I backed it up with prayers.

I am going to Windsor, Ontario, I need any assistance to secure affordable off-campus accommodation because my school residence is on the high side.

Thank you guys.
As the school no request for any tuition deposit, please did you paid any or not I would like to know
Thanks I’ll be awaiting for your response

Please do you know how to book appointment for passport submission walk in?
The appointment I’m seeing is for biometrics

I attached the steps for walk-in and courier delivery along with the consent form. Go through the attachment and you will be fine.
Alternatively, you can contact VFS for the steps.

I didn't pay any tuition deposit. Research students are exempted from paying tuition deposit in my school. Our student dashboard will be activated 6 weeks to resumption where we do course registration and pay full tuition. I stated this in my application.
