You don't wake up and decide to issue international driving permit, Nigeria must have to be a party to the convention on international driving licence/permit. I think there are two conventions on that and I don't know if Nigeria belongs to any nor have ratified any. Not so sure

And they'll issue it to rubbish drivers who know nothing about driving. Many Nigerian drivers are simply killers behind the wheel. In developed countries to get a driving licence is no joke. And to suspend it doesn't take much if the driver is found wanting.

In Nigeria drivers drink and drive, maim and kill and stll have their driving licence intact.

Seriously, you guys should stop relying on the man in Aso Rock to save you. Democracy involves not only voting, but ensuring that everyone at all stages...from your councillor, to your repersentative, to the executive, does their job.

Maybe you could join in and vote and be voted for.

But as for me, Obi, Tinubu and Atiku are in the same party as Buhari. No thanks.

Let's say the president appoints an IG of police who has zero tolerance for road blocks and extortion,same officer knows commanding officers who are of like minds and so it trickles down to DPOs who command the officers on the road and ready to fire erring ones. Nigeria is top-down command system and not ground -up

The believe system of top-down command is the reason why the country seems not be progressing. The kind of progress we are celebrating is an artificial type.
At all levels everyone is expected to work with tangible results and not one arm depending on the other.
How can a trader in a remote village be blaming the President when he has the Counselor of his ward to attend to his matters and even the LGA Chairman....
We all need to change our mindset in the way that the nation will truly see growth in it's entirety.

Lol license my brother been using for yrs in UK and even US and Canada...u had to run it before you move out and nevertheless you can still run ham codely and sent via fedex or DHL..
