Omoapena:it’s good you already took a firm decision. Do not agree. There’s nothing he can do. Unless he’s ready to pay you for the weeks he’d be using the vehicle which I doubt from the tone of his messages. 1 Like |

IFSHR:The bolded part has always been my dreaded fear, reason why I have been putting all the returns I get to make sure the car stays in good condition pending the agreement duration, cuz i know if the car is in good condition, there will be no room for default... Praying I go through this without mental and physical stress cuz its getting unbearable for me TBH... 1 Like |

Omoapena: Bro...dont yield to such rubbish except it is clearly stated in the contract. If the guy will use ut for 2 weeks, it should either be taken off the lease period or he pays a rental because you use it to feed and for those period you would be rendered incomeless. You need to emphasize this. 1 Like |

Omoapena: Did u pay upfront for this car? If yes, then business is business. You have bought that car, only that u r paying the balance in installments. That's d reason u r paying almost double the price of the car. It's no longer his car. Tell him he has to pay for the use of the car for the period if he wants the car. That's still subject to if u r willing to give It out. Cos the damage or wear on the car during this two week use will be left for you to nurse and bear. U guys seem close from the way u r communicating so u can compromise too and give him a high rebate. U never know tomorrow, default can come and he will hold u by the balls too. But he must pay something. That two weeks extension no fit work. Cos if it was u that asked for a two week break in contract, he will not accept. For emphasis and for all others on HP...study your contract very well. It's not partners car anymore...partner has sold it and you are paying installmentally for the car. He needs to understand it that way. 4 Likes |

Omoapena: I truly sympathize with your predicament. I would advice you to be extremely careful with your partner. A partner that does not respect signed agreement can become quite mischievous. The car I am using was via an hp completed this year but my partner was a perfect gentleman, understood what an HP agreement is all about. Please as long as you did not sign a PDAPC agreement you have nothing to fear. 3 Likes |

Barbiturate: Lols...for you to owe them 11k, u have made atleast 44k. So ask yourself if the alternative could have given you 44k with less stress and time and decide where u will pitch ur tent. I am not justifying the commission, buy at the same time I am not the type that complains about things I can't control, if I encounter a challenge I look for a solution or a way around it. That's me. 4 Likes |

Does anyone have experience with mobile court? Has anyone gone there before? I was caught for not using seatbelt and overload. I'm staring at about 70k now or I go and plead in mobile court. Any advice or suggestion? |

Truth told. What is over loading? There is nothing like that in lasma rule book. Seat belt fine is max 20k. Best bet is going to mobile court! No go pay mugu month of 70k. Abegi. Economy hard oo Just explain and plead guilty. Ire ooo sofdoc1: 2 Likes |

Dailyparrot: I think it's the one at jibowu that lead to Yaba face one, if it's that bridge, you can't make u-turn , I just pass there now and I was checking to see road sign and I saw no U-turn on it |
Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by sofdoc1: 1:11pm On Dec 05, 2022 |
lanrexdo:Thanks for the response boss. My worry is that they say at the mobile court, one can pay about 100 - 200k if taken to court and arrested. That's why I'm wondering if you know the proceedings over there. |

FASASI1: This is confusing The one at jibowu going to Yaba phase 1 through the Underbridge is the one that right side leads to empire road that connects Ojuelegba by the left and Mushin by the right. If it's this one, then you can make a U-turn but at the second turning. If it's the one that climbs the bridge to Yaba phase 1 directly instead of passing under it to face the traffic light, I am still trying to understand where the person that made a U-turn there was trying to head to. 1 Like |

Mobil Ogba selling fuel. Queue is fair. Please, about the HP guy and his partner. What is the worse case scenario for the driver if he refused to drop the car or his partner refused to drop something for the 2 weeks to make use of the car. Can his partner withdraw the car and cancel the agreement. How will the law play out Incase he decided to go rough on the driver? |
