The tribunal requested for the original copies of Form CF001 (containing Adeleke's school certificates) which Adeleke used to contest the 2018 Osun governorship election because the lawyer to APC and Oyetola requested for the documents. They said it will help their case. The judge agreed to their request. The judge ordered inec to produce the documents so that Apc and oyetola will not cry foul that the judge didn't allow them to have access to documents that will help their case. The day INEC submitted Adeleke's certificates in court, the lawyer to APC and Oyetola confirmed that the documents are okay and the court admitted the documents as evidence and that was the day Oyetola's lawyer closed his case. .

So, why are you wailing that the certificates were forged? Even the supreme court agreed with the court of appeal that Adeleke's certificates were not forged. Or you are not aware that the case got to the supreme court? So, it is an election petition tribunal that will now say Adeleke's certificates were forged after an Appeals court and supreme court judgements have said the documents were not forged? The election tribunal for the 2018 Osun governorship election didn't rule on Adeleke's certificate idiot. The Osun governorship election was conducted in 2018. Adeleke dragged INec/APC/Oyetola to the election tribunal and showed evidence that he truly won the election and that inec shouldn't have declared the election inconclusive. The election tribunal gave judgement in 2019 and declared Adeleke the winner of that election. It was when Oyetola went to the appeal court to appeal the judgement of the tribunal that he won at the appeal court and he remained governor.

The 2018 Osun election petition tribunal didn't rule on whether Adeleke's certificate was forged or not. They only ruled on who won the election and who lost.
