Why is the new governor picking unnecessary battles barely 24 hours in office?
If care is not taken he will be bogged down by different crisis and won't be able to achieve anything meaningful. That is not good for him and the people of Osun state.
Do you think he will be a good governor?

This life can be very funny, imagine, Aregbesola did not support Oyetola because he claims the governor is trying to eradicate his legacies.

Unfortunately, the man he supported from the opposition was glad to openly completely destroy what's left of Aregbesola's legacy -the name and slogan of Osun state abi na state of Osun, all within 24hrs of assuming office.

That's life for you.

A bigger loss and further embarrassment is lurking around the corner.

This one may decide to look into the books for Aregbe!

I don't even get the name wahala, in America where we copied democracy from, it's State or California, start of Ohio and so on, but when it comes to Nigeria, it's always the other way around and upside down...

Ignorant people want to change things, but they are too ignorant and unintelligent to even understand what they are trying to change.

I know this clown won't last a few weeks or months on that chair, but I'm here for the comedy for now.. grin

This is what I said yesterday, see what happened in less than 24 hours.

When the clown and roadside comedian said Dangote, Otedola and other billionaires are coming to Osun state with dollars and pound starling in front of campaign crowd, the people clapped and rejoiced, they did not see the foolishness, the idiocy and the comical clown spewing rubbish in front of them, they saw imaginary dollars and pounds from rich folks like Dangote.

I knew Osun people go fall for the comedian because, in Nigeria, we love awoof, the man toyed with their gullibility and puerile greed and won.

The drama is unfolding and it's going to be endless until his temporary reign is over.

Osun state is a rural state / village. A state that is almost 50 years behind civilization.

I remember Aregbesola blaming GEJ for not paying salaries. Some of them speaking English on this thread, agreed with him based on ethnic solidarity.

Today, their life hasn't changed. Aragbe moved from governor to minister, converting monies to himself and family. yet those cheering him have not improved in their status.

What a shame. you can see them playing PDP / APC in their responses.

I remember when Olunloyo became governor in Oyo state in 1983, that was how he started cursing confusion up and down and people started calling him so many derogatory names. Eventually, he was deposed by military junta of Buhari and Idiagbon.

Adeleke should thread with caution because Osun people are very heady and will start frustrating him, during his elder brother tenure, almost everybody liked him because of proactiveness, and he was named 'serubawon' though the tenure was short-lived, he lived up to expectation

This is what useless PDP clowns do when they clinch power, they go on stupid, immature and pointless vendettas throughout their stay in office, and they spend their time in office doing dumb and silly things, fighting endless wars with their predecessors instead of governing.

That's what you get when you say your own person is not good enough, you now teem up with an outsider.

Tell me what legacy is left of Aregbesola in Osun state? Is anything left of Aregbesola you can remember?

Let him fight this one.

They had the opportunity of electing a better person (oyetola) who never borrowed through out his tenure in office but cos of hatred for apc they fell into the trap of adeleke. They think leadership and dancing are the same. This is another indication that Nigerian are yet to know what they want

What's state of osun adding to the development of the state?. Aregbesola goofed by renaming that state, state of osun. He made so many others mistakes that have to be reversed.

Are you in Osun to consider this unnecessary? And where is the battle? Former governor changed it from Osun State to State of Osun, then it was not battle but returning it back to the original state is a battle.. E ni kure. Battle with who?

There is a court order to that effect and you should read clearly.... Again, the state you are living which obviously isn't Osun , do you call it State of ?

Baba e o ni ku re. You think being petty and fighting over inane issues is what governance is about?
For the sake of millions of Osun people I wish him success. I sincerely want him to succeed but that is entirely up to him.
As for your curses, that is strictly for your father.

If Osun is a Village then where ever you crawled from must be a shit hole

Osun IGR increased 110 % in Just 4 years because of the same APC government and the investment in the gold minerals resources in the state increased.

Osun you called a village generated 22 billion as IGR in 2022, Anambra home of imaginary billionaires and proclaimed richest in the East could only generate 30 billion naira.

Did you check the Recent Poverty statistics? Osun is among the states with the lowest poverty rate in Nigeria, even people that have lived in the state testified that state have good power supply and it is peaceful.

Maybe you visited a rural village in the Bush when you visited Osun.

The “Adelekes” already own Osun long ago before he became the proxy governor, don’t tell me you don’t know who the true Governor is? The Ghost governor has powerful tentacles that stretched beyond Atiku sef. Are you not a Nigerian?

Talking of achieving anything meaningful The Adelekes are too known and deep rooted with the People of Osun at heart, He’ll do more than Any PDP Politician ever existed in Nigerian Politics. Adelekes always show Off except the lipsrsealed lipsrsealed

I pray the Adeleke family use their money to settle Arrears of Pension o since the family has promised to do much more than any governor in Nigeria. The family should do rail too to connect Ibadan after all na dem dey rule. Make we benefits small.

Misplaced priority if you ask me. How can a governor be putting out a wrong step on his first day in office? Whichever name you call the state will not in anyway change the economy of the state positively. Changing of the name should occupy least attention of the governor as at this moment.

Since morning when he made the pronouncement the prices of Bread and Garri have gone down in Osun.

And bcoz Atiku and PDP leaders came for the inauguration, all the problems of Osun state have disappeared.
