The pepper the customer care service in one particular bank has shown me these past few weeks because of my money again. I have no remorse for her. She deserves it. Those bank staffs are wicked. She can lose her job for all i care.

I don't know why people don't use their heads. What would have stopped this lady from taking a short break, stepping out of the bank to conduct the purchase of her fabrics?

If she had simply taken a break to do this, she would have saved herself a whole lot of stress. But what do I know? I just pray she gets a suspension, and that's it.

Entered gt bank one time like that, mid morning, and that was then the forex guy was cleaning or maintening his forex machine, meanwhe we were many on the queue. When I protested, it was the first 2 people on the line, obviously his paddies that said I should take a seat if leg was paining me and others on the line. Just imagine!
Maintenance that should be done before opening for buusines.

When it's your turn to be kept on queue unnecessarily, you can buy fanta for the bank staff

She opened the internet and she spoke. The bank staff will be used as scape goat and it will improve customer service bankwide. So when you walk into FCMB and you getting good customer service, pls remember that someone did the needful.

That is why punishment is needed to serve as a deterrent to others.
If you know you will be sacked for doing this you won't do it.
If not sacked then demoted.
If that happens consistently everyone will sit up.
