Now you are adding laughing to it...The point is most ppl complain about bank staff with zero understanding of processes. A customer goes to POS to do transactions you come to the bank expecting the bank staff to give you the money or reverse it immediately. They debit you 50 naira for Federal Government levy you come to the bank to shout blaming bank staff ...lol. You deliberately give your details out and OTP you come to the bank to insult bank staff for your foolishness...please the list goes on and on.

She should be sacked I don't care, these bankers are very rude and stupid. They behave like gods in the bank. Not only bankers, these office workers don't act like professionals most times.

The annoying of them all are MTN customer care representatives or whatever they're called. I notice whenever you call to complain they try every means to end the call. The guys are fond of doing this, when they hear a fellow guys voice they won't like to speak to you.....I bought a recharge card few days ago and couldn't load it because they said I should wait for 24hrs. I was angry and called customer care and a guy picked, he was in a hurry to end the call which he later did. He said he can't help me because their server is down and he rudely ended the call.
I called back and a lady picked, she was very friendly and apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to give her details of the recharge card. Within 20mins my line was recharged, what that idiot refused to do. I nor know wetin man do man....Thunder fire him wherever he is now!

Most of these people ain't supposed to be in offices, they should be in motor parks and markets.

I was a cashier in a bank b4, I will you dis woman was wrong, they are better ways of doing things, no body said she can buy wears but the timing is totally wrong, what happens to after working hours? Why not tell d aboki to come around 5:30- 6p.m when customer would have vacated the banking hall. She not only put herself in hot water but also her manager.

Entered gt bank one time like that, mid morning, and that was then the forex guy was cleaning or maintening his forex machine, meanwhe we were many on the queue. When I protested, it was the first 2 people on the line, obviously his paddies that said I should take a seat if leg was paining me and others on the line. Just imagine!
Maintenance that should be done before opening for buusines.
Entered justrite by opening hours, 10am or so and they said they wanted to do prayers! How? Why not do it before opening hours?

Actually all banks have their issues but one cannot do without them.
So what I basically do is avoid having to visit any banking hall. I rather do things online.
In the mentioned instance I gave, I actually wanted to withdraw cash from my dom account of which I had to physically visit the bank.
