Well if truthfully you want to know how people's names are are written in God's memory book it's not through obedience to your Torah. Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph and Job never had the Torah yet God spoke of them with confidence that they are righteous, why? Because from the time they knew or heard of Him they tried everything manly possible to please Him.

So those who lived their lives in fear of not upsetting Him God declared as righteous and those who never knew Him but lived by conscience He called unrighteous because they served other gods (demons) yet they never allowed those demons to kill their conscience so the angels will also pen their names down but as for all those that chose to be evil God has no business with them so at their last breath they've gotten it all never to be remembered again! Psalms 9:17
