For example, transportation was still basic, and yet humans had achieved so much magnificence in building construction. What technology were used to build those magnificent structures?

It is not the case today. Technology is practically moving at almost the same pace. Automobiles, aeronautics, architecture, everything moves at almost the same pace.

I am not saying aliens did it. I don't have a better theory either.

But I am not close minded. I believe anything is possible.

Imagine the machinery it would take to transport stones of this size and magnitude. And we are told people riding horses and carts built them.

This OP logic lacks depths. 1800sis is a recent history in the world. Columbus first landed on the shore of America in 1492, European and people across the world began to troupe into this new world and exported technologies from Netherlands, Italy and even China into the New world and you are here speaking conjectures. Most the architectural designs you are showing were already existing in Europe and elsewhere and were only copied. Only those who are unread and haven't well traveled are given to this contraptions of the OP.
