Deciding the best and worst must involve factoring the resources available to them, among other factors. On the basis of this , no governor can rob Gov Okowa of Delta state of the award of the WORST PERFORMING GOVERNOR of the year. This man must surely go to jail. Makinde is not even close to average in term of good governance. I mean governance that prioritizes the infrastru lctural development, security and ideal innovations. If you ask me, sincerely, don't know the specific target of Seyi Makinde. He just picks little from here, picks another little from there.

Aba is the problem of Abia. All the bad images of decayed infra which put Abia in bad light were taken in Aba. I can tell you that over 60% of those issues have been tackled. This is a rough estimate. I am still driving around town to see things for myself. I don't believe in hear say. He has done far better than any Governor who governed Abia.

That's why I say, if the Governor doesn't touch Aba, who's gonna do that for him, for the fact he from that axis.

If I'm to be Abia State Governor I would have achieve this to some extent:
Umuahia the State Capital needs to be upgraded to a befitting State Capital by initiating a proper City planning backed by Law, &characterized it with a well planned quality roads infrastructures with flyovers where necessary, criss-crossing the entire landmass of Umuahia, there's nothing there to link the State Capital to LGAs Headquarters or other semi-urban areas in the state with an accessible quality dual carriageway with Street lights by awarding contracts to competent Construction Companies.

•Allocate a place for an Olympic-Sized Sports Complex.
•Build 5-Star Hotel, amusement/Recreational park.
•Build 5-Star Hospital with state-of-the-art Facilities, upgrade existing General Hospitals.
•Build or revamp existing schools for effective learning.
•Arrange modern markets at different locations, shopping malls within the city to cater for the needs of the people.
•Build a befitting Government House, State Secretariat for civil servants, cos it seems Abia State is yet to get a decent office accommodations for its Civil servants.
•Map out Lands for luxury Residential Area, Estate for low income earners.
•Invest in Agriculture, etc to help employ the people, I know Abia &Igbo people are enterprising in nature.
•Develop a long term development plan for the State for successive governments to key in.
Look! Abia State has the Financial Resources to achieve what I have listed above, Aba the commercial city alone has been contributing to an impressive IGR the State has, it can only take a deliberate & a pragmatic Leadership with political will&enthusiasm to holistically turn things around for the good people of Abia State.
Though I'm from Akwa Ibom State but wish Abia State well going forward to 2023 elections, where an opportunity will present itself yet again to choose who will help salvage situations that has put the State in bad Governance.

I suspect you as the slowpoke to relate 3rd mainland and Eko bridge to Lagos state government..

The maintenance of those bridges is the FG responsibility.

Yes most of the project commissioned in his first tenure were started by previous ones.
In his second tenure what he will commission especially the rail will dwarf all previous governments have done because of it's crucial importance.. if he adds the 4MB then he becomes the best ever in Lagos ..

All the flyovers done in rivers is not up to 70bn in cost.. completing the blue line alone is costing in excess of 70bn.
