Nice one Boss, regarding this sugar, does it also includes soft drinks ? like fanta etc?
Yes. Then chocolates, biscuits, sweets et al. Not that they shouldn't be taken but once in a while.

PS; I'm not a doctor, I'm just telling based on what I've read

My guy, this is quite insensitive, don't you think?. You don't know the amount of frustration that made this guy bring it here. I believe there are graduates who still come here once in a while to check this thread. Dr Lagust.a do come here when he's mentioned, so I don't think it's a bad thing to bring it here. He may have felt he could get help here considering the calibre of men we have here. Help can come from experience too. Plus, I don't really see the difference between the advise gotten from a doctor online and the one gotten from a doctor in the hospital, so long it's the correct advise. For a man not be having erection, it's a very big deal for him and that could make him seek help anywhere.

@Ecoxix, like someone said, the main causes of erectile dysfunction among teens/youth as I have learnt are mainly from pórn addiction, masturbation and too much sugar intake. If you masturbate, stop it. Avoid porn too and cut down your sugar intake drastically. While on that, do exercises, trust me, you'll be fine.

God bless you, I'm quitting porn and masturbation permanently. I am also on a herbal treatment plan, I'm getting my erection back now. You're really matured and empathetic. Happy 2023 to you and all your heart desires and wishes be fulfilled this new year.

Happy new year to everyone in the house.
May this year deliver the best that Heaven has to offer.
To all the aspirants still seeking admission, this year will put an end to all your struggles.
And to all my chiefs ahead of me in this noble race, may God empower you to scale through all the hurdles in Jesus name.

Happy New Year Great Medics in the house.

With the emergence of the new year, I'm picking interests in tech as a pre-medical student. What's the best skill for a novice to learn (get certified) and earn during this era, also most preferably in an online setting.

Your suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

PS: I'm Looking forward to a reply before tomorrow runs out, platforms like Udemy seems to be giving out coupons on certain courses.

Greetings pals. As a medical aspirant/candidate that has already written jamb and definitely preparing to write post utme examinations specifically in unizik if any, is it possible for me to work on my admission in two federal universities UNIZIK AND UNIABUJA irrespectives of my preparation for post utme in unizik. Although my initial choice of institution on my jamb form is Unizik. As matter of fact, i am also aware that some candidates do work their first and second choice of institution to enable them increase their chances. But all things being equal, is it possible in my own case without withdrawing from unizik despite registering for their post utme exams?
*How can this be achieved?

Cool video. Watched it all.

Things must have changed sha because I recall that two of my colleagues came in without NYSC. As a matter of fact, they served while in Year 2.

Wish you the best as you forge on in your training. Thanks for all the time and effort you put into making these videos.

Nice evening.

Hi guys I stumbled on this thread. I'm also applying for mbbs but lasu. I don't know if anyone here has experience with lasu. I scored 298 in jamb however after calculating my aggregate I realized I ganered 76.25 . What do you think guys. Do you think I'm safe. I'm actually in BUK studying nursing but I want to change course. I still chose BUK but now with this strike I'm considering changing to Lasu due to lack of strike.
The admission list is out but I've not seen my name for mbbs Lasu even though I had an aggregate of 76.8 do you think there is still a probability I could get admission this year as I am a non indigene.

I don't know why you guys love wasting good scores.

This same average will get you MBBS in BUK, UDUS, Delsu, FuLafia etc

With this score you will surely get admission in KASU to study MBBS.

I don't know much about DE. If I see one of the DE students that joined us, I will make some enquiries on your behalf.

Although, most are still on holiday.
