Yeah, we are doing screeding... Which obviously makes it much more smoother and easy to feel when touched. The difference is clear in real life than in picture through touch...

Ground floor to decking and POP would be 3000mm to 3100mm

To me it's a thing of choice and style by clients.
Frameless gives a unique full glass view than casement windows...

Sliding window is the one that is cheaper than the former two mentioned above. It all boils down to a client budget, taste and style.

Its pure luxury space for the client. Has an open study room in the Master's Bedroom. Walk in closet. Large bathroom. Can't wait to show you the bathroom size

Thanks for your messages as always.

CCTV is not done by electricians... Like in this project, the Cctv is to he done by the technicians for that purpose.

Electricians are the one to do the main building wiring, lights, sockets and switches and AC water heaters.

The labour charges varies per project

Very neatly and smoothly done.

Kitchen POP work is now starting... We are done with the First floor areas except the staircase area because we intend to use the scaffold on the exterior part of the building after screeding to do that.
