MICHEALADEX: Is someone keeping his money away from the destructive economy of APC of Nigeria today a crime regardless of Pandora reportage. He never stole your money so keep quiet. Let's talk about verifiable cocaine deal in the US, how about the education of your benefactor or even the state of health of your principal...that's news worthy. |

obyno82:.Obi Pandora is a fraudster, terrorist, tribal bigot that should be rejected by patriotic Nigerians. In ten years from now, those zombiedients will want to repackage Ikpeazu and use same lie to tell their gullible followers that he's the best for Nigeria. Patriotic Nigerians should also reject him like Obi Pandora when that time arrive. 1 Like

freshvine: After spewing all your pointless ignorant and unintelligent garbage, you still admitted that you are required to submit your annual accounts or get delisted so the question you of course like you and your kind failed to answer is why crooked obi the world-famous tax dodger refused to submit the annual account after 2 notices? Why? Btw, an annual account determines what you must pay in taxes, this is the primary reason why they ask you to submit the annual account, obi the crook obviously didn't want to pay even though his business was still officially active. All you pandora crowd are liars, crooks and mentally corrupt people..

freshvine: If we all for whatever dumb, idiotic and unpatriotic reasons ship our money abroad, our economy will collapse, companies will close down, banks won't have money to lend for job-creating investments, and there won't be needed taxes for roads, bridges, hospitals and so on. You ignorant people really don't know the sad consequences of the rubbish that comes out of your mouth. Even sef, that money is not sitting there with his name on it, it's in that oyinbo monetary system and economy and it's being used to develop the oyinbo country instead his own Anambra and his people. The fool and his money always end up in a sad state of pennywise pound foolish.. |

Henryfortune: I have a company registered with CAC which has not done any business, I am still hopeful, CAC can strike it off because I am not declaring my annual returns, anyday that I have a need for the company I will apply and pay the penalties and get it reregistered, very simple and same is applicable even in UK |

AdaojoTheUrchin: But UK law requires every businesses to file their tax returns, in as much as such businesses have not filed for bankruptcy. For Obi not to notify the UK authorities of his intension to close down the business or to file for bankruptcy ( in case the business went bankrupt), he is expected by the law to always render is return annually. This is not a matter of being strategic or being frugal. I am certain he would have been told this by his advisers when he was setting up the business. Another angle to it is that he could be running away from being taxed on all other businesses he could have all over the world, especially if he has a registered place of primary residence in the UK. I would t want you to defend what you don’t know or just talk out of common sense. Rendering/filling annual returns, calculating tax estimates etc are technical than what we could use our sense of politics to explain to opposition in any political forum. You can try to read more on UK Finance Act 2021, if that if 2022 is not ready. Also try and read more on Residency in Tax, whether on UK businesses or Nigerian businesses. |

Cantonese: Please, what does mortgage mean if it is not loan? If you buy a house on credit and you are paying small small, have you completed paying for the house before you are given keys and sone documents of the property? The remaining money you are owning is what, please? Won’t you be paying interest on the periodic payment you are making? No nah. I do not like it when we are being sentimental. Assuming it is Tinubu or Atiku that is being discussed under this heading, will you defend them the way you are defending this man that took the mortgage? |

obyno82: But he ought to have done that formally. You don’t close a business in the UK by word-of-mouth (òrò enu). I would even love if you can share where Obi said he wasn’t running the UK biz again. Don’t be Obi’s advocate here. I have ACCA and I did and passed UK tax. So there’s nothing you can say here on UK tax that I don’t have a little or an average idea of it. Even he has to deregister from his VAT registration, assuming his company was dealing in ‘VATABLE’ items, provided he had registered for such before based on his monthly revenue threshold, as stipulated by VAT law. |

MyFlair: Àdàpè loan ni wón ún pè ní mortgage. Loan ni loan ún jé just that he could still be repaying the loan and May be that’s why the property has not been repossessed by the financial institution that gave him the loan. |

Geonigga: Filing annual tax return in the UK is too simple to do. It can even be done electronically (online) in a very simple interactive way. Just that tax officers can come later to check your records to be sure you filed it properly. Another way he could have done is to engage the service of tax professionals and it doesn’t cost a arm to do this. Tax professionals are all over the UK. Even Nigerians are among them. There’s is more than 70% probability that NEXT International is hiding something from the UK Tax authorities, for not filling his returns. UK is not like Nigeria. Every individual and businesses must comply to/with tax laws there. |

sanpipita: How did you know this, please? Can you share the company’s amended Memorandum of Association and amended Articles of Incorporation and minutes of board meeting(s) where it showed that Obi is/was no longer a director in NEXT? Can we have access to the shareholding structure before and after Obi ‘left’ the company, as you have claimed? The way we defend evils and lies is one of the reasons Nigeria is going backward. |
