Toneypen247: Bros there is a process to striking off your company from the Company House register. It costs absolutely nothing and any high street accountant can easily and conveniently file for you for a few quid. There are five steps in the process. 1. Send Companies House form DS01 or complete it online. 2. The form must be signed by a majority of the company's directors. 3. Deal with any of the assets of the company before applying. For example, close any bank accounts and transfer any domain names. 4. Companies House will publish the voluntary strike out application in England, Scotland and Wales 5. Approx 2 months later the strike out will be gazetted and the company name withdrawn. These are very simple rules. The fact that a man bidding for the Presidency of his country cannot keep these simple rules is worrisome. The fact that on two occasions, compliance in submitting accounts and returns required a letter if warning is also a poor indicator of fitness to govern. How embarrassing for Nigeria to have a President nominating ambassadors to the Court of St James or making state visits in the full knowledge that your hosts know you cannot keep the simplest of rules. But even more worrying is that fact that you a presumed graduate and others like you are telling everyone that it doesn't matter. Addendum Taxes are paid on profits. If the company is not making profits, HMRC will not tax the company. So non profit or non operation of the company is not a valid reason to ignore the simple and clear steps. 3 Likes |

In ten years from now, those zombiedients will want to repackage Ikpeazu and use same lie to tell their gullible followers that he's the best for Nigeria. Patriotic Nigerians should also reject him like Obi Pandora when that time arrive.

A president that fails to run a single company want to rule over a millions companies and human resources. A company where he was a chairman and wife a secretary, if it was any of his counterpart the story will be a different ball game! Sad, for real.[/quote] 1 Like |
