Has there been any move by the authorities or the bank to repossess the property? Even the man in one of this interviews last year showed everyone the deed to his house in the UK. Oga can you stop being stupid for once in your miserable life.

I didn't ask you to bore me with more ignorant and irrelevant rubbish, I asked you to show us proof that the mortgage was paid off as you fraudulently claimed.

Mortgage is not loan per se. most individuals and companies acquire properties by mortgage, it is normal in the west.
You really need to be exposed

This ignorant rubbish coming from an adult is so disheartening and shameful.

Mortgage = LOAN.

The only thing you are obviously exposed to is ignorance.

All these Agbado and Mikano boys can rejoice now because they have seen something that will make Peter Obi lose the election. Confused lot grin grin grin

Someone should explain to these confused lots that there is no essence in paying tax in an area you stopped doing business with a long time ago. Simply put that the business is no longer functioning there. This happened about three years ago, but Agbado and Mikano boys are already salivating thinking that Peter Obi is like their principals who have a skeleton in their cupboards grin

Bros there is a process to striking off your company from the Company House register. It costs absolutely nothing and any high street accountant can easily and conveniently file for you for a few quid. There are five steps in the process.

1. Send Companies House form DS01 or complete it online.
2. The form must be signed by a majority of the company's directors.
3. Deal with any of the assets of the company before applying. For example, close any bank accounts and transfer any domain names.
4. Companies House will publish the voluntary strike out application in England, Scotland and Wales
5. Approx 2 months later the strike out will be gazetted and the company name withdrawn.

These are very simple rules. The fact that a man bidding for the Presidency of his country cannot keep these simple rules is worrisome. The fact that on two occasions, compliance in submitting accounts and returns required a letter if warning is also a poor indicator of fitness to govern.

How embarrassing for Nigeria to have a President nominating ambassadors to the Court of St James or making state visits in the full knowledge that your hosts know you cannot keep the simplest of rules.

But even more worrying is that fact that you a presumed graduate and others like you are telling everyone that it doesn't matter.

Addendum
Taxes are paid on profits. If the company is not making profits, HMRC will not tax the company. So non profit or non operation of the company is not a valid reason to ignore the simple and clear steps.

So, how this one take concern Obi and his ambition to liberate Nigeria and Nigerians?

At least Peter Obi has companies, one of which you are reporting was struck off by UK Authorities.

Where are Tinubu’s companies?
Has he liberated his constituency Anambra and south east as a whole. If you know how south easterners are trooping to Lagos and other part of Nigeria, you wouldn't be saying PO is liberating nigeria. I wish him all the best

Obi Pandora is a fraudster, terrorist, tribal bigot that should be rejected by patriotic Nigerians. In ten years from now, those zombiedients will want to repackage Ikpeazu and use same lie to tell their gullible followers that he's the best for Nigeria. Patriotic Nigerians should also reject him like Obi Pandora when that time arrive.

Before you get on the internet to argue and display your ignorance, first google and study the subject matter, and understand the meaning and the purpose of annual accounts. They use it to access how much tax you must pay the government, Obi not filling his annual reports repeatedly as required was to dodge taxes. Annual accounts are all about taxes.

Educate yourself.

Obi is a common crook, a tax cheat, and a dodger, shipping his money to hide in foreign bank accounts is the same thing, to cheat Nigeria and avoid paying taxes to Nigerians.

pls where is the ignorance for the record annual report is to show the financial position of the company & he failed to present that to the government where in the post did you see the uk govt accusing him of tax evasion & he obviously didn’t produce it maybe his business isn’t functional anymore in the uk since it’s obviously he has been producing his report from 1996 till 2020 when he failed to, chill man you are obviously looking at the thread from a place of hate for P.O If not there’s no where in the post which he was accused of tax evasion after all its your opinion though & you are entitled to it. Peace

What happened next is to strike off the registration. In Nigeria many register with the hope of making use of the company name but they were not use.
