why would they be sending official mail with personal Gmail?

I just saw the mail. It's sent 9 days a go. Unfortunately, the acknowledgement slip i downloaded on my phone refused to open. The application site is no longer opening. Please, who has an idea of how i can reprint my application slip or identification number
