Whao! Is it domiciliary care? Heard a lot of them don't have enough hours. Sorry about that. Try and check job sites and ask around. Theres a lot of adverts for care jobs for those already in the UK. You can get your extra 20 hours that way or start looking for another sponsor with better hours. Ask around, join FB groups etc for info. All the best

My opinion maybe harsh here but it is more ĺooking like it. I don't think an agent would see options like that and jus assume, is it that her husband dint introduce himself properly to the agent or what?
The agent might have asked some vital info, including his marital status as this route gives room for dependant.
Her husband requested the service of an agent and he dint bother to cross check.
Abegy, that man actually wanted to be free and travel single.
My harsh opinion. Haba.

I smell something like matchmaking ... which ever way... please stay clear... go an apply for your own visa and leave ur hubby single. his visa might be revoked.

Since it’s second name…it may not be material. If visa is approved, it’ll be issued to tally with the names on her CoS and international passport…are the names correctly stated on those two documents?

If she’s in doubt, she can cancel the application and fill another form. Her fee will be refunded within 4 weeks…

It depends on the length of time the employer state they will take care of his accommodation. If it's a month maintenance (most common) then you will sure need POF
