I also wan to know please, as I will be applying alone now using my husband and kids as home ties, and my husband is my sponsor does he need to make commitment transfer to my account with gift of deed ? Or is going fit of deed only for third party sponsorship ?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by bullstriker: 6:42pm On Jan 18, 2023
You can use a third party, but you must convince the VO why the person wants to sponsor.
Demonstrate prior support received from the person, have the person money pay your tuition fee from his account, and show pictures you took with the person during important events like graduation, marriage, birth etc.

Since he is your sponsor, a sponsorship letter will do.
A gift deed is required if he is not your sponsor but wants to transfer money to your account.

You don't need transit visa. I know a family who just went to Canada last month. That was their route and they did not need transit visa.

What if an applicant lied about denial on their application, can the applicant send a web form stating the truth about the denial? Or the applicant should just let the applicant be. Please we need your suggestions

Please those that have done medical, how much time does the test take?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 22 by Baphil: 8:48pm On Jan 18, 2023
If you did your biometrics in Abuja and you are submitting your passport in Lagos, then you must pay the transmission fee but if both biometrics and submission are in the same location, then you do not need to pay the fee.

Through courier or self submission/collection. You do not need to pay any other fee if biometrics and submission are in the same location. If you are submitting by hand, make sure you are there between 8am and 10am.
Additionally, every child under 14 years of age who did not enroll his/her biometrics must pay transmission fee before his/her passport is submitted.

Please, eligibility review started today... Medicals has not been requested for... I am scared as I thought medical request should come first before the eligibility review.

Good evening Gurus in the house, kindly put me through on this. I am supposed to resume sch this winter. My passport has been stamped already but for some personal reasons, I deferred my admission to September 2023

So do I need to inform IRCC about the latest development?
What do I tell them if I may ask
Will my passport be Re stamped ?
Thank you guys

There’s no pattern to this journey, just take a deep breathe and pray everything turns out in your favor.

Peace, it will end in praise.

If it’s more than 150 days, you should inform them. You just have to send the new LOA and tell them you deferred your admission to Fall 2023.

No, your passport won’t be re-stamped as the stamped on is still valid until expiration.

Thank you for your reply. How do we send webform. And is there a legitimate reason one can state for lying? Because we can’t think of any explanation. ? Have you had experience about this before ?
