Please, let's try to verify information before we post. As long as you have used your TB certificate for visa application, nobody, not even your employer or POE can reject it, EXPIRED OR NOT

I have heard of a doctor who came in to the UK as a Health Care Assistant, then took their PLAB in the UK before converting to a Doctor. The same way Nurses come to the UK as Healthcare Assistants before taking their OSCE to become a UK Registered Nurse. You can do some research on that, you do not have to take my word for it. But I'm very sure I have seen a case like that

It’s better to do the IELTS once and for all…it’s valid for 2 years…
Some sponsors ask for it before issuing a CoS; others don’t…

The requirements are set out on the UK gov website: https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa

1. Apply for jobs that are offering visa sponsorship. Look for care/residential homes, NHS jobs website, Indeed, Total jobs etc. Also, there is a list of organisations/companies on the Uk gov website with sponsorship licence.
2. Cos is issued by the employer, Cos reference number is required for the online visa application.
3. Advisable to do ILETS as it’s valid for 2 years.

ECCTIS is an option. You can either use ECCTIS or IELTS ukvi. Any of the two, you are good to go

It means you shall need proof of funds...

It means you will need to provide proof of funds for your maintenance for the first one month in the UK (£1270 or the equivalent in naira using OANDA rates)

Majority you see here are paying to get CoS just so you know

No need to be worried about it.

It means you need to show proof of funds as they won't be the ones responsible for your maintenance.
