Sorry to bother you, I am registered on Upwork as Copywriter. Just a little over 2 weeks now, I keep sending proposals which I consider good enough, but I'av never been invited for interview yet. I just want to know if there is something I am not doing right. I know I am good.

Apologies for the late response, I was down yesterday. Ermm, I doubt there is anything you are doing wrong. It is tougher out there now- just keep applying.

Nobody wants to be your first client! Know this and know peace. So you have to start from those easy and quick ones that have fixed prices of $5-20. They would at least help you with reviews and you can get your JSS. Check other skills; customer support, phone support, email communication, data entry…etc. Good written English and proficiency in Excel/Sheets is enough to get started.

Use your filter options and type in “NIGERIA”. Some Chinese traders usually search for VAs in Nigeria to help them deliver something, get them pictures of a location or some of our popular products. You just do them, get the token and REVIEWS.

Oh, my friend messaged me by midnight yesterday to tell about handholding people, I’ll try handhold you. I am not an expert, but I have always gotten interviews. You can send me a PM, let me see what exactly you have been sending as proposals smiley.

still waiting to hear from you. I really need your help, I have few connects left, I don't want to waste them, I just want to show the proposals and see your email copy samples. I don't know how Nairaland pms work, I would have sent them, try reaching with the email I provided or any other way you consider ok with you.

Happy new week!

I already sent you a direct email way before you sent a PM which I have also responded to. If you missed these two, I wouldn’t know what else to do.

My email is somewhere there. Check your junk maybe… Nairaland PM goes to the email address you used to open your Nairaland account. wink

I know of two ISPs that you can easily hit 60Mbps on their dedicated plans. Fiber to home. I'm on one of them because I have to be on calls to SD in CA for work. 8 hours back to back calls.

Name of the ISP? Please

Don't stress over it. Good ones will come. I lost an Israeli, gained another Israeli who not only gave me a job that fetched me a profit of 1.7m naira in 10 days but also paid upfront and to make it easier, he chose bitcoin which means I didn't need to go through all those paypal stress. Same person called me yesterday for an even bigger project which will be so so helpful for me. What's yours can't be given to someone else

Yours will come eventually.

Keep keeping on bro.
Good morning sir. Please can you show me how to get this remote jobs, I have a smartphone. Thanks in anticipation.
