Fashola as gov of Lagos was no rocket scientist. The state has potentials as former federal capital and current commercial capital. Huge taxable population, businesses, vehicles, ports etc. A country within a country. Billions in revenue waiting to be tapped. Sabinus, fashola, PA ajasco, even my houseboy could have performed well as governor. Afterall it is not hard to point and say build a bridge here, build a road there since there is excess cash.
Where you would have seen dexterity in management and governance is if you had placed so called "wonderboys" or "talents" (I call them overratted), in charge of states such as anambra, ekiti, kebbi, ebony, Osun, Benue et,. States where you faced financial, revenue, debt etc crises, where you had to work with scarce resources and still make a mark.
