So glad you're a second victim and we don't even know each other for anyone to claim we planned it.

I was not supporting him and I will never support any criminal act from anybody.
On the contrary, I said if he has ever scammed you or you have evidence that he scammed anyone, then bring it up here.
It will save others from falling victim.

I switched to a 4way LNB. When decoders are powered decoder 1 is active with proper signal (78%) on nicomsat, decoder 2 on same frequency 12518 would be blinking making it not to come on, not until I climb to touch the connection of the 2 decoder on the LNB. Meanwhile prime frequency comes on without touching it. Any help to sort this would be appreciated.

its same cable I have bn using for my single lnb. If I touch the smart lnb connection full signal comes on both decoders, but when they are put off nd on something repeats

It will work, but both channels have to be on the same polarity. If not your decoder will shutdown. It could damage your decoder

satview signal is off while mbc and the rest with 12518h29500 are still on the air

Generally anything android is always more expensive due to flexibility to install other android apps
