I was told I need to have more funds in my account for access bank to process my form A. How true is this?

Note: I used £600 calculation for the money in my account and still added about 200k to it but I’m hearing it’s prolly not going to be enough.

Can anyone confirm this please?

Hello House!! The whole thing with UKVI is really very tiring and frustrating. Did biometric at Tls Ikeja 30-12-22.. till this moment, no Decision made. I’ve made paid call twice/paid mail, escalated the case too but nothing yet. Was told to wait another 15 working days.. problem now is my school has resumed since 23rd.

Although I’m keeping them on the know, it’s still very annoying as application is stuck at DMC and if delay continues it may be impossible to meet up the deadline for late registration. Is there anyone with a similar case? I’m confused as hell
There are lots of people on this thread with similar case, alot of people just decided to be quiet. It's very frustrating to say the least. The annoying thing is that UKVI aren't even saying anything about the applications. Since December o.

Maybe you should just sit for another Waec ASAP, then apply…

And some Uni do allow minimum of 10yrs Waec result… check BPP University

Hello everyone. I will be staying with my sibling while studying for my Masters in the UK. Please I just want to ask, Is it okay to mention this in my application? Do I need to submit any evidence to show this? If yes, what evidence?
Thank you very much.

Hello

What is the distance between your Uni and your sisters accommodation to check the feasibility of staying with her when studying full time ( some ECO's can have a quick look)

2. This doesn't stop you from providing your evidence of maintenance however should this be an evidence then the rent agreement should have your name in it otherwise you are just a guest not a tenant

3. You can add this information as part in the section that talks about any other address you'll stay in the UK if you are not staying fully but that is optional

I hope I haven't confused you...for the sake your application your answer to No 1 will straighten no 2 and 3 out

Cheers

Hello

To add to what @mimilyrics said

You can apply from Malaysia if there is an IOM and you get your TB test done

PS: Priority is on the MA to resume school and dependants can arrive at anytime,so you may not travel together

Cheers

Good day house.

I'd like your opinions/suggestions on this issue.

My wife is preparing for sept 2023 intake, deposit paid. I plan on going with her as a dependent. However, I am currently in Malaysia ( winding up my M.Sc... should be done around July). Provided there is IoM here and can also get my tb test done here, is it wise to apply from here using her gwf or it's better to go back to Nig and apply with her?

p/s we intend travelling together.

Your suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello

We don't use agents on this platform

We encourage Do it yourself ' even with busy work schedules, going for studies is a big deal.

If anyone contacts you from this forum and you choose to,it is at your own risk

Cheers

Hello everyone, Please if i already have my CAS issued, do i really need an agent to do my visa application?
Even if i have to pay an agent due to work schedules, how much is to be paid for only visa application process?

Please i need your advise

Hello

You refer to TLS not embassy

You have nothing to do with embassy

Cheers
zanebaddo:
Please Guys...I don't know if anyone of us here has anything to say concerning this issue about which UK embassy to use between Lagos and Abuja. Some people are of the opinion that majority of visa applicants who are experiencing delays in receiving decisions are from Abuja embassy. How true is this please? Very many people are complaining that Abuja embassy is slow therefore one is advised to head to Lagos.

Which embassy is better at this point Lagos or Abuja?

Hello

The ECO can give an opportunity for missed documents to bridge the gap in the figure not a new document with recent dates

That's deemed an afterthought but then again, no harm in trying isn't it.

Cheers
doyinluv:

True ,but what I am wondering is why is the ECO sending the mail to address and not refusing ..........More like I can see you all (or the kids alone) dont meet the required criteria so please give attention to or to deal with the matter or problem Highlighted. The reason for this is to meet up the requirement and/or give your honest explanation. Most scenario similar to this with funds are best justified with either recent or new payments which could fall into evidential flexibility. The alternative is ...............................wait for refusal for all or just the kids ?

Thank you so much. Okay to answer No. 1, my sister lives in London with her family and all the schools I'm applying to are just a train ride away. So in other words my name can't be in the tenancy agreement, cause its like her family house.

you are right, Abuja is slow at the moment. I have received brp mail since 26th, but no collection mail from TLS and also my visa is still at DMC.
