As of 2023, people that we had interview same day got their package already without email or sms notification. I guess things aren't how we used to know.

Please go to DHL ooo.... Mine was issued on the 18th of Jan 2023 and I didn't get a mail or message, someone here told me to go to DHL and I went, collected it on the 26th! But I think it was ready and I was just wasting my time

You are welcome, my attestation was done at the NPC agege, assisted by one man that works there he charged 15k. If that is close to you I can share. But you can also get it done at the NPC office closer to you if you’re far from agege.

Just fill out the information on the approval letter and give the original to the person and he/she must go with government issued ID and copy of your own ID too. If u give the person photocopy of the approval they won’t attend to him/her.

If your visa is approved and you need someone to pick up on your behalf, make sure you fill out the approval white paper and give the person the original not photocopy or screenshot.

Follow up with the nvc processing and you can start putting your evidences/documents together. If your fiancé needs to send you original copies of some documents you can start all that too then when your nvc case status shows in transit you can go ahead to pay the visa fee and do the application then look for date after creating cgi. Nobody knows when nvc will send your case to the embassy for it to be Ready, it could be pretty soon though coz it looks like interview backlog is no more what it used to be.
So no crime in starting early to prep except for date to avoid rescheduling.

Sorry y’all have to go through all that stress, tell her to download the application forms on the website and mail it with the fee to either of the visa applications center. They have about three of them one in Atlanta and two in Houston. And also call them via their contact number and set up biometric appointment and prolly interview. And the visa will be processed and delivered to her.

Meanwhile, when sending the application include flight itinerary, hotel reservation, purpose of visit…….and other supporting documents.
Note that there are ways you can do flight itinerary and hotel reservations without you making payment in case there’s a delay so that you guys wouldn’t have to pay extra.

For the visa on arrival I shared a number with someone here and have not been briefed about the outcome yet so it is hard to bank on that link at the moment, I guess they’re still working things out.

1.Is it normal for it to take this long?
2. What will you suggest should be done at this stage,
3, Is this approval notice coming as an email or physical package.
4. Will this approval notice be sent to Nigeria as part of the document to be taken to the embassy?
5.Besides, if the beneficiary has child(ren), will he go to the interview with the children to be interviewed as well.

The petitioner clicks on the e-request and it seems payment will be made to ask them to resend the approval notice. If that approval notice is not relevant, is it necessary to pay them for them to resend. Petitioner address has not changed.

The approval notice is relevant, if you don’t need it for your interview you will need it for AOS when you are ready for adjustment. So go ahead to get it and you can also submit case inquiry for lost or missing notice of approval.
