The honourable thing for the CBN governor to do is to resign ... foolish old men with PhDs lacking critical thinking, instead of you to tighten the cashflows making it almost impossible for politicians to get access to these huge cashflows during their primaries etc..you just wake up with this type of terrible policy... banking system that have been seriously compromise na im you expect to support this policy?... 2 Likes |

zedegit:Why will there be riots? Sometimes u people make this thing seem as if there is no alternative! Do we actually need cash for huge transactions? Even before this new policy, I don't remember using cash for purchase above 10k, it has always been business pos or transfer, so I don't see why some sponsored people are making noise out of this. We only need change for small things like transportation & fruits etc & these vendors are adjusting gradually. Bulk of the transactions we carry out on daily basis has always been through transfer. |

Backpedal: Bank is collecting it until 17th (a whole week to deposit after it expires). I don't know why the supreme court had to interfere since they can still deposit their bribes directly to the bank (they can't pretend they care about the common citizen). |

Backpedal: Logic is story to fools. Before I was banned from making comments two days after Tinubu's visit to Akwa Ibom State I said Tinubu is a man of high intellect and divine endowment. Awolowo is a Sage. A Sage saw the future before it unfolds. A Sage projected into the future while in the present. Tinubu saw the crisis and cried out. Since on Tuesday in most Banks located across the country, for security reason, Banks lock gate and restrict / censor movement into the banking hall while ATMs are not working. CBN deadline cannot work even if Supreme Court had given judgement. It will only create a riot. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Ken4Christ: If Emefiele had been a Yoruba man he would have been sacked by BUHARI. All the efforts of Elrufai, Bello and the Zamfara are part of APC plans to protect Emefiele and Buhari but Malami a man of deals is taking them and Nigerians for granted. I remembered Kemi Adeosun Saga. A former NYSC Director, an IBO man was the person that carried the matter as if he was fighting Biafra War. They invited a former NYSC Director an Hausa man, he tried efforts to defend Kemi Adeosun, the IBO man (former NYSC Director) was making noise. Ajaokuta Kaduna Kano (AKK) Gas Pipeline projects was awarded to an IBO. An IBO got =N=85 billion Census project. If these projects were awarded to Yorubas, the IBO lamentation will make the projects to be cancelled. I am doing this for reference purpose in future. I know, if Emefiele were to be a Yoruba, he would have been removed. Buhari would have used him as a scapegoat to save himself. 3 Likes 1 Share |
