I don't always agree with this guy on his political pasturing but anyone who doesn't know or agree with him on this is living is a complete fantasy la la land.
I'm sure obi will get votes in Lagos and Atiku will get some too but Tinubu will still win Lagos.
The main election is between Tinubu and Atiku. I like Tinubu's chances very very as it stands today.
Unless, Tinubu performs very poorly in the North, he will be the next President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
No need for sentiment or making predictions that are not based of reality on ground.

4 months ago, Peter Obi can only win Anambra state
3 months ago, Peter Obi is an Igbo candidate, he can only win the south east

I'm not a politician but you can't compare Goodluck votes of 2011 to PO.

These are some of the reasons:

Goodluck was an incumbent president contesting on the platform of the biggest and strongest party then.

PDP was also strong in the North and they won some states and also did well in the ones they lost.

SE/SS were their strongholds.

Goodluck was able to win the support of Tinubu that he decided to direct his party and structures to vote for him leaving Ribadu his party's presidential candidate.

These are what contributed to Goodluck's victory.
