What do I offer you: coffee, tea, water?” asked Peter Obi, the minor-party candidate leading the polls to become president of Africa’s most populous country. Such hospitality is to be expected: in years of interviewing west African politicians, I’ve never known one not to offer refreshments. Usually the Big Man barks out an order, and a couple of minutes later a flunky shuffles in deferentially with drinks. https://www.economist.com/1843/2023/02/12/on-the-trail-with-the-surprise-front-runner-in-nigerias-presidential-race https://www.economist.com/interactive/middle-east-and-africa/2023/02/14/can-a-political-underdog-save-nigeria?fsrc=core-app-economist 102 Likes 13 Shares

We can only continue to play politics of ethnicity, religion, region and money bags at the peril of our country and to self-destruction. We need selfless, courageous, honest, patriotic, in short, outstanding leadership with character and fear of God beyond what we have had in recent past.MY APPEAL TO ALL NIGERIANS PARTICULARLY YOUNG NIGERIANS BY OBASANJO 83 Likes 8 Shares

id911:His Igbo-Only media team is working He would have saved himself of having to hire these over paid hack writers writing PR stuffs for him if he had not being a mediocre governor for 8 years running Anambra state. His rejection by Nigerians should by now have taught current mediocre Governors a huge lesson. Work hard while in office so you will not need to do sponsored post campaigns, pay for manipulated election outcomes prediction online polls and hire unpatriotic ipob terrorist group members/sympathizers like Mr Obi. As matter of Fact, Peter Obi is not an underdog in this contest. He's the candidate to beat. Secondly, he will deliver Nigeria from the hands of political predators that held us for ransom. Politicians serves the party structure that makes them win election. But Peter Obi will serve us the masses, because we are his own political structure. 25 Likes 5 Shares |

Even though I'm a born again Christian, I pray Peter Obi never becomes president. The reasons why igbos are promoting Obi presidency is for him to win and release Nnamdi Kanu. It will never happen in Jesus name. Instead of releasing that monster trying to divide our United Nigeria, it's better we choose between PDP or APC because the unity of Nigeria is not negotiable 1 Like 2 Shares |

If Tinubu wins that is the end, he will turn Nigeria to his personal property and people will start calling the country Tinubu's Nigeria, just as they call Lagos Tinubu's Lagos. If Atiku wins he will restructure Nigeria to his pocket and turn a blind eye on to the jihadist activities of his Fulani brothers. Vote wisely, vote Peter Obi. Vote foolishly, vote Tinubu or Atiku. 21 Likes 2 Shares |

id911: What kind of question is that? Did Peter Obi save Anambra for the eight years of looting their money to Panama? His lies and propaganda won’t fool us, after ThiefNuibu’s lies and propaganda to package Buhari in 2015, brought us to this sorry state. SATANICALLY: 1 Like 1 Share |

Pandora pathological liar Obi is incompetent and lies too much to even think of becoming president. A man that can not even fix Anambra is now going to fix Nigeria. No be juju be that? Pls let him show us what and what he accomplished as a Governor for 8 years. NOTHING. This is a man that's just jumping from party to party desperate for attention. He's only accomplishment is Anambra is a brewery in which his family have financial interest, yet he invested State money into it. Does that sound like a man that can save Nigeria? Pls use your head and not you sentimental feelings. 8 Likes 4 Shares |
