No, I don't like mixing my pasta with sauce on heat. Pasta goes on the plate before I crown it with minced beef sauce.

Affects both equally.
Persistent thrush(candida) in ladies is caused by sugar. Actually, candida is caused by imbalance in the GI tract . Sugar is always the culprit. High sugar affects female fertility too. Egg quality is usually affected.

Don't know what to call the salad cos it was a combination of Ceasar (without bacon) and Vegetable salad and the dressing was a mix of oil, salt, black pepper and a little of mayonnaise.

The sides were two slices of homemade bread toasted with butter and air fried salmon.

Used hoistin sauce( supplement with dark or light soy sauce), honey, missed ginger and garlic, chili powder, sriracha( supplements with ketchup.
Egg.

All must be stir fried separately.
