The moinmoin was made by madam using parchment paper and foil to make the leaf consistency.

You have to give it a golden colour with olive o and into to oven on 350° for 1 hour....

Yeah bro, braising cooking method. I think an hour wont do. Shanks are tough meat. 3 or 4hours on low heat.
