Stop arguing and go back to your constitution. There are two conditions to be met before a candidate can be returned elected as president. One, he/she must win a simple majority of vote cast. Two, he/she must get at least 25% of total vote cast in 24 states. If no candidate meet these two requirements, a second ballot between the two leading candidates will be conducted and the winner by simple majority will be returned elected.

Then the two should share OBITUARY vote and give us one person since the obituary vote is already a spoiler vote
